The door will not seal, or the glass has fogged between panes. Hinge wear and gasket failure both let heat out, and both show up as stretched preheat times long before the door looks wrong.
Self-clean will not start, or the lock will not release afterwards. Door latch motor or a thermal cut-out. Do not keep retrying a failed clean cycle — those temperatures will take other components with them.
