We answer the phone between 9 AM and 9 PM, every day of the week, including weekends and holidays. If you call outside those hours, leave a message and we will come back to you when the lines open.

Useful to have ready when you call: the appliance brand, the model number if you can find it (usually on a sticker inside the door frame, around the door seal, or on the back panel), and a short description of what it is doing. That is often enough for us to bring the right part on the first visit.

The service call is $79 plus HST and covers travel, attendance and diagnosis of one appliance. If you go ahead with the quoted repair, that fee is waived — it is not added to the repair price. It is payable only if you decide not to proceed. Any repair we complete is backed by a flat 90-day parts and labour warranty, and there is no charge to cancel or reschedule before a technician has been dispatched.

Our office address is 20 Orchid Place Drive, Scarborough, ON M1B 0E1. It is a business address rather than a walk-in counter — all repairs are carried out in your home.
