What that looks like in practice is fairly simple. A technician arrives inside the booked window, diagnoses the actual fault rather than guessing at it, and quotes the repair before any work starts. The diagnostic visit is $79 plus HST and covers travel, attendance and diagnosis of one appliance. If you decide not to proceed, that is the end of it — there is no pressure and no invented follow-up.

Every completed repair carries a flat 90-day parts and labour warranty. Not “up to” 90 days, and not limited to whichever repairs we feel like covering: if what we fixed fails within 90 days, we come back and put it right at no further cost. Our technicians are licensed and fully insured, and they carry the components that fail most often across the major brands, which is why most jobs are finished on the first visit.

We work across Toronto, Peel, York, Durham and Halton — Scarborough to Milton, Bolton to Whitby, Barrie to Burlington — seven days a week between 9 AM and 9 PM. If we cannot reach you on the day you need, we will say so on the phone rather than after you have waited in.
