An induction zone cuts out under load. Coil, cooling fan or power board. Induction hardware is brand-specific and there is no generic substitute part.
A burner knob is stiff, or will not hold its setting. Valve wear, and common on ranges that have seen a lot of use. Replacing a valve means a gas-tightness check afterwards, which is not optional.
The cooling fan runs long after cooking has finished. Thermostat or the fan itself. Harmless on its own, but it usually means something upstream is running hot.
