A gas burner clicks but will not light. Igniter electrode, a blocked port, or the spark module. Because one module fires every electrode at once, a single wet or cracked igniter makes the whole cooktop click — which sounds far worse than it is.

A radiant or induction element has gone dead. Element, the infinite switch behind it, or on induction the coil and its power board. An induction zone that works from cold and cuts out once hot is pointing at cooling, not the coil.

The oven will not reach temperature or bakes unevenly. Bake element, the igniter on a gas oven, or a temperature sensor reading out of true. A sensor ten degrees off never announces itself — it just quietly spoils baking until someone measures the cavity.

The Flex Duo divider is not sealing, so both zones run as one. The divider is what lets the oven cook two things at two temperatures, and it depends on the seal and the sensors either side of it. When it fails you have an ordinary single oven and no obvious error to explain why.

The self-clean will not start, or the door stays locked afterwards. Door lock motor, thermostat, or the board declining a cycle it cannot verify. A door still locked long after the oven has cooled is a fault, not patience.

The touch panel is unresponsive or reads the wrong button. Membrane or control board. Worth diagnosing rather than power-cycling repeatedly, because an intermittent board only gets worse.
